What's New? Canvas and DesignPlus

Most of us have been using Canvas for quite a while as our LMS (learning management system). If you haven't used it before, it's easy to learn, and one-to-one help is available from DanielMertsch@stmarksschool and BrianLester@stmarksschool.org

What's new this year is that we've added DesignPlus, an extension to Canvas which enables high-quality design in Canvas. We used this tool to create a Parent Course for each of the courses you'll teach next year. You (or your course team) will add the content. We'll be using templates to do this which will allow us to use consistent, high-quality design. You also have a Personal Sandbox Course for exploring and experimenting.

Since our DesignPlus tool is an add-on, the Canvas Guides and other Canvas specific resources won't mention DesignPlus.
